My Jouney in the TLI Program
Computing 1
In 2006 ,I starte computting 1.Mr Elliott was my computer teacher.
He told us the basic of emailing, looking up things on the web ,andwhat different words mean on the computer.We had to tell aboutourselves when we first started.We had to get to know the other person who we were working with,and they had to get to know us
My Mentor,Maeve
We met am hour each week with our mentor.I had Maeve O'Hara.
She was asking me what I wanted to do for her to help me out with different things I I like to do. I told her recipes I like ,and she taught me how to put the lemon bar recipe I like in order on word.Then we had to fineyour own website and talk about what we chose in class.
Mr.Elliot told us about the thumb drive ,how to hook it to the side of the computer and and how to put our files in it

In 2007 i Wanted to taking computing2.Darla and Besty were our computer teachers .they told us some fun stuff that I didn't know how to do powerpoint.how to do a blog and how to use templates to make a card or invitation.they also taught us how to change the color format and the font. that was neat because I had never done that before .Kathy was my mentor we had to do our powerpoint about what we learned.I neverdid a powerpoint before. That was fun because we worked together on it.I like blogging because it 's fun.I'm always on my blog. I like writing on it ,and I had never done it before I came up in front of the class and shower my bolg and how I did some things on it
Reading and writimg and Editing
The other TLI promgram I am doing now the literacy program .My mentor is Alice.I am learing about reading with a great bookcalled charm. I am learing how to edit on the computer. And we are doing a new reading wise workbook to partice readindg comprehension and work skill.I used these skill to write a letter to the inquirer newspaper telling them about the TLI program
Sharing Ideas
I also on the advisory broad for the staff/student partnership.This semester I have been part of two meetings .One was with Matt Gray to tell him about the TLI and ask him to see if he can help us out with publicity . i talked about my experience in the TLI and told him when I first started in the program and when first learned to do a blog in computing 2. he was very interested when I was telling himbout it,He even wanted my blog website and I said it was okay so he could read what I wrote
Improving the TLI program
The other metting we had was in the campus center when we all got together from different programs . We all went around the room and shared our experience and opinion of the programs.This helps keeop the TLI going and improving

Christine and Matt's Engagement
We went to Aunt Carol and Uncle Jack's house for Christmas. Matt's engagement party was October 9, 2010. We met Matt's whole family; his aunts, uncles and grandpop.
The priest blessed the rings.
The food was so great. I am so happy for the both of them.
They are getting married in 2011. Everyone there had a wonderful time. Carol's sister, brother-in-law, her nieces, nephews and her father were there. She looked so happy.
Christmas Day 2010
My brother and sister-in-law picked us up to take us to Harry, Veronica, Colleen, Brian, and Henry's
house for Christmas dinner. At the house, there was Steven, Caroline and her two boys. There was also Marie, Mike, Vaughn, Adrineh and her kids. Her kids' names are Alex, Anna, Amy, Ani, Dale, Alexis, Matt and Shellie. We all had a great time. Little Alexis got so big. The dinner they made was so delicious, and colleen's boyfriend John was with us. Then we opened presents.
I took a nice picture of Grandmom Vicki with her seven grandchildren.
My younger brother Mark couldn't make it, so he called all of us.

the baking club
My three nieces colleen,Anna,Amy and sevan came over to grandmomvicki house
to bake cookies , one of my nieces colleen could not make it she had to work .I miss you so much colleen,we made choclate chip cookies , and I took picture of grandmomvicki with her granddaugher , sevan had a great time bake .that was anita son, we went out to dinner.
I love my baking club that are family together.
I took picture of everything .
