1 box betty crocker supreme peaunt butter broniw mix

water vegettable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box

1/4 cup chopped walunts or peaunt

1 cup bettycrocker rich creamyor betty crocker whipped chocolate frosting

1/3 cup creamy peaunt butter

2 to 3 teaspoon milk

1. Heat oven to 350'

2. Make brownies as dirrected for 13x9-inch pan-except sir wanuts into

batter .cool completely.

3. stir together remaining ingerdients ;spread over brownies,

Last night december 29,2007
Reletives and friends attended Uncle Jack and AuntCarols party better known as the'' endof year party.It was a delightful sparkly eveing filled with delectable food .the piece de resistance
was the way rommantic ''nostalgic'' music played by our very remarkable and talented musicians.Before we said ''good night '' and''a Happy new year year '' to all they took our usual
family picture of all who attended .Thankyou uncleJack and Aunt carol for a memorable eveing

lemon bar

Crust part
1.2 box yellow cake mix
2.4 margarine
put the 2 box yellow cake mix in a big bowl.place 3 margine in a big square black pan
then melt the margine in the microwave for 5 min (or until melted) put margarine in
the bowl with the cake mix mix with your hands .Greased two sheet pans; place half of
the mix in the sheet pans by pressing with the palm of your hand .pre-set the oven at
300' . Bake the pans with the mix for 10 min. let cool .take the other half of the mix
(not baked) and add two scoops of flour . Mix with hands until it becomes crumble.
Filling
1.2 tubs of light cream cheese
2.1 cup sugar
3.2 tablespoons vannilla
4. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
5. 2 tablespoon lemon extract

put the cream cheese in the a mixing bowl.Beat the cream cheese until it gets smooth .then
add the rest of ingeredients and beat it together.
once crust is cool ,spread the filling mixture on top makeing sure it is even .place
crumble mix on top of filling .Bake the whole thing for 25 min at 300'

my mom and I got up on chirstmas day and had breakfast together and we open
are chirstmas present for my brother mark Rachel,Mara ,Lena,Leo I love it.i got all my stuff
what we had baking for my family and I gave it out for chirstmas present.
we all went to my sister marie and brother-law mike for chirstmas dinner.
marie ,mike,mat,shellie ,ani.dale Harry,Veronica ,Colleen,Brian, henry Vaughn Adrineh,Alex,Anna,Amy marie friends we were all open are chirstmas gife and I took
lot family picture around the chirtmas tree.we all had a great time.marie made a wonderful dinner ani shellie made the cookies and ani made a great bread pudding. we were watch a movie. On

Celebartion

Today was a celebartion for all of us who took computer class 1and computer class 2
we allgot Certificate of Achievement . I so happy that bernie and davie ,my mom was there
too. Mypresentation was How to make a Blog .I show everyone my blog what i wrote about
dave took so picture of me . i was so happy that bryn mawr has these computer class.
I learn so much in computer class 2 i love write in my blog.I was so happy i learn glad i learn how to do a blog. iI want to thank my one o one teacher name kathy because she taugh me so much how to do my blog she work at with me . kathy thank you for what you did for me i could not found a nices teacher like you she taugh so much .

my nieces Colleen and henry her dog came to bake with her aunt Diane colleen made
peanut butter and chirstmas cut out cookies with my cookie cuter when we baking
grandmom vicki was playing piano chirstmas music and henry was listening to the music
and he like the way she was playing.colleen had so much fun she was saying it was like good times when she was little .

oatmeal Raisin cookies

1c[2sticks ] margarine
or butter ,softened
1c firmly packed
brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
2eggs
1tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1tsp.baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt[optional]
3c.quaker oaks [quick
or old fashioned.uncooked]
1c raisins
1.Heat over to 350'f.
2.Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
3.Add eggs and vanilla ; beat well
4.Add combined flour,bakingsoda cinnamon and salt ;mix well.
5.stir in oats and raisins; mix well
6.Drop by rounded Tablespoonful onto ungrease cookies sheet.
7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
8.cool 1 minutes on cookies sheet; remove to wire rack
about 3 dozen
Bar cookies ; bake 30 to 35 minutes in ungreased 13x9 -inch metal bake pan

My two nieces Anna and Amy have come to my house to bake chocolate chip cookies
for chrisrmas.We have a great baking club and its members include Anna,Alex, Amy, Colleen,Mara,Lena,Brian,Leo,Adrineh auntdiane and grandmom Vicki .
Weall have so much fun bakihg for chirstmas even though some years some people could not come.We all really like baking the coolies ,and it has become such a tradition .My nieceAnna

zucchini bread

3 eggs slightly beaten
11/2csugar
1c.oil
2c.grated zucchini
3c.flour
1/2 tsp.bakingpowder
1c.walnuts
1c.raisins
1tsp.baking soda
1tsp.salt
2tsp .cinnamon
2tsp.vanilla
mix all ingredients together .pour into greased and floured loaf
pans. Bake at 325 for 1hour . Makes 2 small loaves.

my brother and sister-law and there kids came form chicago we were playing Nintendo
we were playing mario bros.,ice hockey and it was fun.

went to my brother ,sister-law they were ride the tractor leo sevan and uncle vaughn
was drivng the tractor .anna was driving the bike with leo,mara ,sevan . i took lots of picture
of thankgivings we went around the table and said what we wanted to be thankful for
i was says i was thankful my nephew nices. we all sang happy birthday to brother mark.

went to my brother and sister-law for breakfast and my sister and my broth-law, colleen ,john

something we learned today

I went in to Word to create a file and I saved it to Novell.
I switched computers to try to open it but it was only a "read only" file.
We could not figure out why until we remembered to log out the other computer.
Then it worked.

I am enjoying the computer class 2 I want to learn more things.

friday oct 12 We went to the phila airport to flew to michigan for my cousin wedding
when we go there we check i n the holet and got dress for the rehearsar dinner
and saw everyone and i was talk to all my cousin i took picture of the rechearsal dinner
and they many lots of speech of dirkran ,kelly .we sat down for dinner.they were dinner .
sat oct 13. we came down for breakfast and saw some more of are cousin ,my sister ,me ,my mom went to get are hair done.for the wedding and came back and had lunch and my mom ,i went back to are room to get dress for the wedding. my sister and brother -law drove us to
rhe church for the wedding ceremony and i took picture of the ceremony the bride look so pretty in her grown and then we all went to the reception and i took lots of picture of the reception and i was talk to lot of people,and dance armenian mucsic and the bride, groom were cuting the weddind cake.
sunday oct14 the bribe grandmom gave the brunch it was so nice last day i took lots of picture on sunday we had to say goodby to everyone.
it was so nice to see everyonry there.
