Cheese cake

Have the following ingredients room temperature.
2[8oz] pkg. cream cheese
11/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
4TBSPflour
3.cmilk
4tsp lemon juice
Mix well and pour into crust lined dish and sprinkle with cinnamon .
Bake at 300 for 1 hour in the center of oven
use a lager rectangular pyrex dish cax121/2x2 inches orsmall dish
crust
3/4 stick butter
41/2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
11/2c flour
3/2 tsp baking powder
cream egg ,butter with hand and knead or mix well.
Roll dough between wax paper and core entire dish .Butter the pan before inserting crust

pecan Sweet Potato Bake

3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 /4 Cup half-and half cream
1/4cup butter ,sofened
2teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Topping
1/2cup packed brown sugar
2Tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold butter , cubed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1.In a lager mixing bowl combine the first seven
ingredients .Beat until light and fluffy .Transfer to
a greased 11inx2in .Baking dish
2.For topping,combine the brownsugar and flour
in a bowl; cut in butter until crumble . fold in
pecans sprinkle over sweet potato mixture
3.Bake uncover at 350'for 30-35 minutes or until
a knife inserted near thecenter comes out clean

Wedding Shower

We all went to Debbie Hofmann wedding shower Oct4 2008 at uncle joe house.
And see her sister and mother sona greg mother .I took lots of picture.
It was so nice we had so much fun playing game one was called getting to know debbie.
and the food was so great,familyand friend , so got so many nice gift.
Debbie cut the cake, i want to welcome Debbie in the hoplamazian family.
