On Firday December 26th 2008
we all went to Ani ,Dale ,Alexis house for a wonderful brunch.
I was holdind Alexis she was google at me her aunt diane.her neighbors and family were there.
It was nices see everyone there.Ani was a fabulous cook. dale made good drinks, we sat around and talk to everyone , I took lots of picture .

Thursday December 25th . 2008
It was chirstmas morning that me and mom got up and had breakfast and coffee and wish each
a merry chirstmas.stanta come to our house and put the chirstmas present.
we all went to Vaughn Adrineh,Alex Anna,Amy house for chirstmas day and had so much everyone there.It was Alexis and Alena Nina first chirstmas day, Alena,Nina was six month old.Alexis was 2 month. we all sat and talking to each. I took lot of picture of Anna,Amy aunt diane at the chirstmas tree.Aunt marie anna ,Amy at chirstmas tree,. aunt armina Anna ,Amy
the same picture, Vaughn, Adrineh are fabulous cookes everything they made was great.
Adrineh was thankeveryone for coming. it was Robert birthday on December 27,
everyone had fabulous time.

my 25 year april 2006

I was at brynmawr for 25th year . I went to my 25th year to get my pin.
Diane actually came to bryn mawr college almost thirty years ago.Diane started in dining sevices
work for a college conrtactor called seilers in 1977. Seilers provided food services to the college back in the 70,s .Diane first worked in the Roads dining hall with Frank Long and Christine Dutton. What many in our college communtity do not know was Diane ,s specilty when she first joined the college Diane affection know as Queen of donghunt making .In fact her skill could easily put Dunkin doughnuts or krispy kreame right out of business.Diabne was so superb at making delicious doughnuts that she was even ask to share her doughnut making skill with other in the department .
Back in the late 70th Diane often worked with Frank Long on a number od baking projects. they would ofter bake a number os specialties from scratch including cookies ,cakes,and homemade bread .After spending a number of wonderful years in rhoads ,Diane then transferred to the Erdman dining hall in 1980 and has worked as utilty dining services staff member since then
Diane worked with Joan Daron for several years after that

Mon December 15,2008
Was a celebartoin for all the class everyone took all of us got a certificate of achievment.
I got my thirt certificater .My mom came to the celebrartion to see me do my presentation about the book me and Alice reading. I want to thank Alice my mentor For all the help she has give me.She is a wonderful peson and mentor too.

The Book's main charater is Avery.She has a lot of
problems and we are reading the book to find out how
they will be soleved.As the owner of the company,she
is trting to get a contract for a new perfum.She goes
to paris to a prefume expert Henri Bihary. Thy test
different scents and mixtures. she is happy with the
results.
She Met a Guy
Meanwhile ,she meets a guy Brad and he takes her
out to a restaurant in paris .He was asking her about
her past and she was hesitating to tell him about it and
about who she was.She tries to hide her difficult
childhood and the fact that she was adopted.
surprise visit With Her Mother and Her sister
Another problem is that earlier in the story, her mom
Patricia comes to find her and tells her about her past.
She explains that she very young when Avery was
born and decided to give her up for adoption. Now
Avery has a new mom and a new sister ,Lucy, in her
life.
Problems with Parker
Another problem is that Avery was kind os mad at
Parker because she like liked Lucas, who Avery had also
like. Parker is the one who works with her in the
office[when she is not out parting and getting into
trouble].
Parker,s Overdose and Money
Parker took an overdose of pills got sick.She was
in the hospital and she called Avery right in the middle
of her date with Brad.Avery went right over to the
hospital and with the help of her co-worker Justtin
convinced her to go to california to market the new
perfume.Before leaving, parker told Avery that in her
will, Avery gets the whole business because her father
would have wanted that.

I Had a wonderful Grandmom Mary she live in watertown Ma and i went to visit her and my granfather Ilove them both He had is own store food store , i worked in his store and had so much fun . my grand father die when he was a 104 year old he was the oldest grandfather who live the longest. I wrote my granmom a letter to tell her to take care of herself. I miss them so much.My mom mom and dad .I alway talk about them all the time.I wish they were here.
I never for got them. when I was 13year old when I went to boston to visit my grandparents

Mon Oct 20 2008 I went to the chester country bookstore to see the Sandra Lee who wrote
a new cookbook .I got the Desserts 2 .I got one for my boss Lisa .I was so happy to see Sandra Lee in person she look so pretty .I took lots of picture of her ,and me and her together and she
sign my book,my boss book,I was siting in the front sit. I meant some people who like her.
I watch er channel 57 that a cooking channel she is on at 4;00 every week, she was there at 7;30
at night. I gave the book store my email address so I can see who is coming to sign books

Cheese cake

Have the following ingredients room temperature.
2[8oz] pkg. cream cheese
11/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
4TBSPflour
3.cmilk
4tsp lemon juice
Mix well and pour into crust lined dish and sprinkle with cinnamon .
Bake at 300 for 1 hour in the center of oven
use a lager rectangular pyrex dish cax121/2x2 inches orsmall dish
crust
3/4 stick butter
41/2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
11/2c flour
3/2 tsp baking powder
cream egg ,butter with hand and knead or mix well.
Roll dough between wax paper and core entire dish .Butter the pan before inserting crust

pecan Sweet Potato Bake

3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 /4 Cup half-and half cream
1/4cup butter ,sofened
2teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Topping
1/2cup packed brown sugar
2Tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold butter , cubed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1.In a lager mixing bowl combine the first seven
ingredients .Beat until light and fluffy .Transfer to
a greased 11inx2in .Baking dish
2.For topping,combine the brownsugar and flour
in a bowl; cut in butter until crumble . fold in
pecans sprinkle over sweet potato mixture
3.Bake uncover at 350'for 30-35 minutes or until
a knife inserted near thecenter comes out clean

We all went to Debbie Hofmann wedding shower Oct4 2008 at uncle joe house.

Peaunt Butter Brownies

1.c sifted flour
1/2tsp , salt
1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1c sugar
4 eggd\s
1 tsp , vannilla
11/4 smoot or chunky peanut butter
1Tbsp melted butter
1[16oz] can chocolate syrup
Beat 1/2 cup butter ,sugar and eggs in large bowl until light and
fluffy ,Stir in vanilla flour and salt until well blended .Stir in chocolate syrup and mix well until no streaks of white remain . pour mixture into a greased 13x9 inch pan Bake in preheated 350;
oven for 25mintes or when center spring back . When lightly touched . cool completely
in pan .Meanwhila mix peanut butter with 1 Tablesepoon melted butter
spead mixture evenly over top of cookes brownies
Glaze
1sq.semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp buutter
Melt chocolate with 1 Tablespoon butter in small bowl over hot not boiling
water .drzzle chocolate across peanut butter in lines.
Draw wooden toothpick across Let chocolate set before cutting
yields about 24 bar

we had a baby shower honoring Ani , It was at her house and everyone came like dale mom .

Literacy program

Feb 2008 I started the Literacy program .I have a nice mentor Alice Lesnick .She is teaching
me to edit my writing on the computer .We are reading a great book from the soap opera
All MY Children . The author's name is Kendall Hart .She wrote about Charm.We are also doing
a workbook called Structures in Spelling. It is a good book we are doing.

Vegtable meat casserole

1 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 zucchine
you chopped the onion,red pepper ,zucchini and put the vegtable in the pan with a little butter
and cooked .
1 lean ground beef
put the ground beef in the big sauce and cook it,
they you put the vegtable in the pan with the meat stir it.
they add little bit of onion powder,little galic powder 3.table of a one sauce,3,tablespoon of worcestershi sauce 6 tablespoon ketcup 1/2 of botel of ragu tomata sauce mix all together
and simmer for 20 min

Cabo mexico

Sat june 28 ,2008 sat moring my sister and brother -law pick me up and they we went to my couise Pat sam drove us to the phila airporte and we are flying to dallas ft worth and got a nother plane to fly san jose cabo we check in to the hotel and the rooms were so nice.

my brother Harry dover me veronica ,colleen to the phila airport to go on a trip.
we took south west air lineto go on the trip.veronica ,colleen ,me were go to get some breakfast
and coffeeand they colleen ,veronica was tell me my birthday surpise I was going to las vegas
to see Barry Manilow on sat, it took 41/2 hours to get to las vegas, bellago Veronica ,Colleen ,I
was walking around and we saw mgm and we went in side it was so nice, And we went to the Hilton to get the barry manilow ticket for this show on sat night we went to the Barry Manilow
store and we were shopping there.veronica said to pick some thing of barry mailow .
and we went out to the frech restron to eat dinner.

3 cup flour

3cup sugar

3 stick butter

6eggs

2teaspoon flavor lemon

3/4 cup 7up

Mix all of it together

bake 35011/2 hour

banana bread

21/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1tsp salt
31/2 tsp.baking powder
3TBSP.vegetable
2 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. combine dry ingredients in electric
mixer bowl.In separate bowl mix together
oil,egg,and milk
2.mix wet ingredient into dry .Fold in banana and vanilla.
3.Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
4. pour into 9x5x3'' greased and
floured loaf pan.
5. Bake at 350'' for 55-65 minutes.Remover from pan .Cool before before sliceing

Sour Cream cake

2sticks butter
3c, sugar
6eggs
3c.flour

1/4 tsp baking soda
1c.sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 lemon extrack
In mixer cram butter .eggs , vanilla ,lemon extrack ,sugar.Add all the dry ingeriends
and sour cream .Grease and flour tube pan.Bake at 325' for 11/2 hours

SOUR CREAM_BLUEBERRYCAKE

1/2c.softbutter or margarine
1c.sugar
2.flour
3eggs
1tsp.bakingpowder
1tspbaking soda
1/2 tsp.salt
1c.sour cream
1 tsp.vanilla
2c blueberries[frozen]
1/2c. brown sugar
prheat oven to 325' baking for 50-60 minutes
cream butter and sugar ,add eggs one at a time , beating well after each
addition .Sift flour ,baking powder ,baking soda and salt.Add flour mixture
gradually to egg mixture ,alternating with sour cream. End with the flour
mixture . stir in vanilla . fold in cup blueberries .pour half the batter into
greased and floured pan 9x13 cover the remaining blueberries
sprinkle with brown sugar .Top with remaining batter bake ,cool and slice
Nutrtion information for 1 slice 214 calories, protin 3 grams.
carbohydrates 31 grams ,fat 9 grams, cholesterol 56mg.and 2330mg sodium
Fat-free Recipe substitute applesauce for the butter /margarine. fat,free
sour cream and egg beaters for whole eggs

Cream Cheese pound cake

3 stickof butter or margarine
1[8oz] cream cheese
3c.sugar
11/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs
3c.flour
dash of salt
Cream together margarine or butter cream cheese sugar salt vanilla.
Add egg one at a time add flour . greased bundt and tube pan flour spary and bake
325' for 11/2 hour until top is start to crack

LIGHT BANANA BREAD

11/2c.flour
1/2tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
1/4 baking powder
2egg white[or whole]
1c.sugar[or1/2c. sugar12&l]
1/4c. cooking oil
2or3 masned banana
walnuts/chocolate chips[optional]
Stir together first five ingredients.
In Large bowl, beat together eggs ,sugar and banana .mix ail and mix
well. still flour mixture into banana mixture .Gently fold in walnuts and
chocolate chip.
spary two loaf pans [or muffins pan] with nonsrick coating .pour batter and bake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan cool thoroughly on a wire rack
set oven for 350' bake for 55 minutes
